It was on US-89 coming out of Ogden, on my way back from Weber State. I think it was a billboard for a car dealership (I was trying too hard to remember the exact wording of the gimmick to pay attention to the company. Heh).
I saw that board when we were in Utah. I totally laughed when I saw it. Now I can't forget it. Whenever I see an empty board, or one that says "ADVERTISE HERE" I think that they should put that phrase up there.
